Author of the book “The Democratization of Evidence in Civil Procedure: principled bases and limits to the search for truth,” published by Thoth (2021), and of several articles published in specialized journals.

Member of the Research Groups “Civil Procedure: traditions, transformations, and advanced perspectives (TTPA),” linked to PUC-SP and CNPQ, and “The influences of culture on the process,” linked to PUC-RS and CNPQ.

Lawyer with over twelve years of experience in strategic judicial proceedings, having worked at two of Brazil’s largest law firms.
